Digital accessibility means making digital content and services understandable and usable for people with disabilities.
It can be measured using various methods and according to different standards.
The international reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.
There are three levels referenced: A, AA, and AAA.
To facilitate the implementation of digital accessibility, France, through DINUM, publishes the Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA). This standard outlines accessibility requirements and guides service providers in meeting these obligations.

The platform complies with the WCAG 2.1 AA and RGAA 4 accessibility standards.
We evaluate our platforms using two tools:

Note: We only evaluate platforms where the administrator adheres to the contrast recommendations (recommendations that are directly integrated and visible from the administrator’s dashboard).
