Participating in an event allows you to be active beyond your contributions on the platform. These events are an opportunity to engage directly on a project, better understand the results of a consultation, or get physically involved.
What is an event?
An event can have various goals and take place either online or in person. Here are the most common types of events:
- Participatory workshops: These workshops create a link between online contributions and in-person discussions. They provide a space to ask questions, propose ideas, and debate in groups.
- Announcement of consultation results: Attend the presentation of results and next steps of a project.
- Consultation presentation: These events take the form of public meetings or webinars and provide additional explanations about a project, allowing participants to ask questions directly.
- Public meetings: These allow you to speak directly to decision-makers, helping to enrich ongoing projects.
- Local events: These in-person meetings encourage exchanges with decision-makers and help strengthen civic engagement.
Events thus serve as a valuable means of understanding projects in depth and establishing direct dialogue with decision-makers.
How do I register for an event?
- Access the event by clicking on the relevant news item. Take note of the event details such as location and date.
- Click on the
Register
button located on the right of the page.
- Log in: If you are not already logged in, you will need to sign up or log in to confirm your participation.
- When registering, your first name, last name, and email address will be visible to the event administrator so they can contact you if needed.

Once your registration is confirmed, you can participate:
- For an in-person event: The meeting address will be displayed at the top of the page or on the map at the bottom of the page.
- For an online event: The connection link will be available at the start of the event. Click the
Access the event
button to join.

How do I unsubscribe from an event?
If you no longer wish to participate, you can unsubscribe by clicking the Registered
button again. This action will automatically cancel your registration.

How do I add an event to my calendar?
To avoid forgetting an event, add it to your personal calendar:
- Click the
+ Calendar
button located on the right of the event page.
- Choose your calendar type (Outlook, Google, or Apple).
