Account verification is an essential process to prevent fraud. It ensures that each user account corresponds to a real person and confirms ownership of the registered email address by sending a verification code to the user’s email, which must then be entered on the platform.
This verification is optional during registration to keep the process accessible to everyone. However, it may be required to participate in certain consultations.
If your account is not yet verified, an alert will appear at the top of your profile, in the My Account section.
In the My settings tab, click the Check button next to your email address.
An email will be sent to you containing a unique verification code.
Copy this code and enter it on the platform to complete the verification process.
