Has your administration launched a survey, and you want to participate? Surveys are the most popular consultations on our platform. Here’s everything you need to know about what a survey response is, how to submit one, modify your response, or even delete it.

What is a Survey Response?

A survey can have different objectives depending on the needs of the administration conducting it. Here are some common examples:

Unlike contributions, survey responses are never published on the platform. They are used for internal analysis and cannot receive comments or votes.

Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to validate your participation.

Confidential Questions: Some questions may be labeled as “confidential.” These are highlighted with a message stating, Your response will only be visible to the platform administrators. This ensures your answers remain hidden when results are published.

How to Edit My Response?

You can modify your response at any time as long as the submission phase is open. Once this phase ends, results are being analyzed, and no further modifications are possible.

To edit your response:

  1. Go to the survey page and click Edit my response.
  2. Make the necessary changes.
  3. Click Submit the form to save your modifications.

If the consultation is closed, you can still view your responses by clicking Show my response.

How to Change Participants?

If multiple people wish to respond to a survey from the same computer:

  1. Click Switch user.
  2. If the consultation is restricted to registered users, this action will log out the current user, allowing another person to log in.
  3. If the consultation is open to unregistered users, be careful: once you switch participants, you won’t be able to return to your previous response unless you have created an account.
