Reporting an anomaly allows you to report general issues observed in public areas, such as road damage, illegal waste dumping, or any other issue in public spaces. This feature, activated at the discretion of the platform administrator, provides a simple and effective way to report a problem so that it can be addressed quickly.

An anomaly is a private message sent by a user to the platform’s administration team to report a problem encountered in the area.
Why use this feature?

Important: Exchanges related to anomalies remain strictly private and are accessible only to administrators and the concerned user.

If you notice an issue related to the platform itself (rather than the area), contact the Efalia Engage team at [email protected].
Sending private messages to report an anomaly is reserved for registered users. Here are the steps to follow:
Save
button. A notification will be immediately sent to administrators.After reporting an anomaly, you can track it and communicate with the administration via the My Messages & Anomalies
page in your profile.
On the My Messages & Anomalies
page, you will see:
Click on the relevant anomaly to see details and respond to the administrator. Note that the status may not change if the administrator has posed questions awaiting your response.
If you receive a response from the administrator, you will be notified by email. To continue the exchange:
Reply
button in the comments. You can also add another comment if the administrator hasn’t responded.If you wish to make changes to your message:
Edit
and make the desired changes.Save
.To delete your report:
Delete
and confirm the deletion.
