Secure consultations are consultations where participation is restricted to a targeted audience based on specific criteria, such as residential area, professional status, or a specific access code. While visible to everyone, only those who meet these criteria can contribute.

What is a secure consultation?

A secure consultation can take various forms: participatory budget, public consultation, survey, or call for contributions. What makes it special is that only certain users can participate, according to criteria defined by the project administrator.

Here are some examples of securing:

Access code: a personal code provided in advance by the administration.
Identifier: a registration number, contract number, voter number, etc.
Place of residence: verification based on the address or a specific geographic area.
Participant profile: professional status (citizen, student, association, elected official, etc.) or age group.
Personalized questions: specific questions defined by the administrator to filter participants.

If you do not meet the required criteria, the access form will block your participation by displaying an error message.

How to answer the questions?

When you attempt to participate in a secure consultation, an access form automatically opens with the message This consultation is secured and requires certain information to participate.

To gain access to participate:

Answer the questions one by one.
Confirm each answer by clicking the Confirm button.
The system will tell you if your answers are accepted:
- A check ✅ will appear if your answer is correct.
- An error message will display if your answer is incorrect.

If all your answers are correct, you will be automatically redirected to a page confirming your access. Click on Access the consultation to participate.

How to modify my answers?

Once you have confirmed your answers, you cannot modify them to ensure the integrity of the collected data. If you need help or encounter difficulties, contact the administrators through their contact details or Send a private message
