The private messaging feature allows you to communicate directly with the platform administrators. Active at the administrator's discretion, it provides a simple and effective way to ask questions or obtain information about a project.
A private message is a confidential communication channel between a user and the platform's administration team.
Why use private messaging?

If you wish to contact the Efalia Engage team, use the address [email protected] instead of sending a message via the platform.
Sending private messages is reserved for registered users. Here are the steps to follow:
Save
button. A notification will be immediately sent to the administrators to inform them of your request.Once your message has been sent, you can track it and respond from the My Messages & Anomalies
page in your profile.
On the My Messages & Anomalies
page, you will see:
Check if the administrator has responded by clicking on the message. The status may not have changed if the administrator asked you further questions.
If an administrator responds to you, you will receive a notification by email. To continue the conversation:
Reply
button on the comment. You can also add another comment if the administrator hasn’t responded.If you wish to make changes to your message:
Edit
and make the desired changes.Save
.To delete a message:
Delete
and confirm the deletion.
