Are you registered on one or more participatory spaces within Efalia Engage? Here’s everything you need to know about identifying your spaces, navigating between them, or even unsubscribing. These essential details will help you manage your registrations and account easily and clearly.
As a user of Efalia Engage, you may be part of one or multiple participatory platforms within the network. To check which platforms you are registered on, go to your profile and navigate to the My account section.
In the My space tab, you’ll see a list of all the platforms you are registered on and can easily switch between them.
When you’re on your space, stay in the My Space tab and click on the Leave (Space Name) button at the bottom of the page.
By leaving a space:
To permanently delete your account, go to the My settings tab in your profile. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the option Delete my account.
Warning: This action is irreversible! Deleting your account will permanently erase all your contributions, votes, and comments. All personal data will be deleted, and your participations will be anonymized.
If you don’t want to delete your account but prefer to stop receiving notifications from a space, you can disable them in the My notifications tab.
The administrators have decided to close the consultation space, making it no longer accessible. If you wish to contact the administrators, we recommend reaching out via their website or social media.
If you tried to join a private space without success, the link you used might be incorrect. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] and specify the name of the space you want to access.
