Want to go from a simple spectator to an active participant in your community? On our platform, you can follow local news and access public consultations without signing up. But if you want to contribute, vote, and stay informed about the progress of your proposals, it’s time to create an account!

This quick registration gives you access to active and personalized participation in your space.

How to join a space?

When you’re on the platform, click on the Join button in the top right corner.

By default, you will be redirected to the login page.

If you already have an account, you can log in using SSO (Facebook or Google) or with your email and password, depending on the authentication method you selected during registration.

Important: Don’t forget to check the Captcha. This security measure helps prevent fraudulent logins.

Forgot Your Password?

Click on Forgotten your password? if you’re having trouble logging in.

Then, enter the email address associated with your account and complete the Captcha.

If an account is linked to this address, you will receive a link to reset your password.

Step 1: Choose Your Authentication Method

If you don’t have an account yet, click on Create an account at the bottom of the login page.

You have two options:

• Using an authentication service: Securely sign up without a password using Google or Facebook authentication.
• Using an email and password: Your password must be at least 12 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. (→ See full recommendations from CNIL)

Next, enter your first and last name. These details will remain anonymous to other users.

Step 2: Accept Privacy Policies and Terms of Use

These legal texts are essential to ensure a transparent and secure use of your personal data.

We comply with current regulations, including the GDPR. By accepting these policies, you acknowledge that you have read:

• The Privacy Policy
• The Terms of Use.

Check the box “I accept the Privacy Policiy and Terms of use of Efalia Engage.”

Step 3: Complete the Captcha

To limit the creation of fake accounts, we use a simplified Captcha. A single click is enough to confirm that you are human.

Step 4 (Optional): Complete Your Profile Information

Depending on the platform, you may be asked to provide additional details such as your city of residence, date of birth, gender, or socio-professional category.

This data is strictly confidential and is collected only to evaluate participant representativeness. It will never be shared outside the platform and can be modified at any time in your profile settings.

Click on Continue to finalize your registration.

How to Log Out?

Pour vous déconnecter, cliquez sur votre profil en haut à droite, puis sélectionnez Déconnecter dans le menu déroulant.

To log out, click on your profile at the top right, then select Sign out from the dropdown menu.
