Statuses for contributions are an essential tool for managing and communicating project progress within your consultation. They allow participants to track the evolution of their ideas and enable administrators to efficiently manage the process. This article explains how to use and modify statuses.
What are statuses used for?
Statuses are labels that indicate the progress of a contribution. They are visible to everyone and managed by administrators.
Benefits of statuses:
- For users: They help track the progress of contributions and understand the impact of their participation.
- For administrators: They facilitate contribution management by clarifying the actions to be taken.

What statuses are available on the platform?
- Go to your dashboard, in the
Consultations
tab, and click on the consultation’s name.
- Select the contribution(s) you want to modify.
- Click on
Change status
at the top right.

- Select the new status and add an explanatory comment.
- Click
Confirm
.

Note: If you modify multiple contributions at once, the comment will be the same for all.

How are statuses displayed?
The status and associated comment appear in the comment section of the contribution. Administrator comments are highlighted in your platform's theme color.
