Notifications are a key way to stay updated on new developments related to your participation and overall platform activity. They allow you to track the progress of consultations, interactions with users, and administrative updates.

Smart notifications are sent automatically based on important events, past interactions, and user preferences. You can choose to unsubscribe or adjust your notification settings at any time.

What Notifications Are Sent?

As an administrator, you receive the same notifications as a regular user, along with additional ones related to your admin rights.

Your Administrator Newsletter

Daily, you will receive notifications regarding recent activities and pending actions on the platform, such as:

Consultation reminders: Alerts when participation deadlines are approaching to help you manage communication efforts.
Updates on consultations: Notifications about new contributions or responses to surveys.
Messages and issue updates: Notifications about received messages, pending responses, or new comments.
Comment replies: Alerts when someone responds to a comment you posted.

Assignments and Interactions with Authors

To facilitate communication, you will receive an immediate notification when:

A participation is assigned to you: A team member assigns you to manage a contribution or message.
An author contacts you: A project owner reaches out to the administrator.

Moderation, Deletion, and Contribution Edits

Administrators are also notified about moderation actions on the platform:

Content moderation: When a user’s content is flagged or moderated.
Contribution edits: When a user modifies their submission.
