Efalia Engage is committed to ensuring constructive and respectful exchanges. To maintain the platform as a space for inclusion and positive dialogue, a code of ethics is in place, which all stakeholders adhere to.
Refer to our Ethical charter to learn about the values and principles guiding moderation on Efalia Engage.
What moderation is available on Efalia Engage?
As an administrator or manager, you can moderate all types of participation on your platform: contributions, comments, and users.
Moderation measures range from a simple request for rewording to deleting content or an account, depending on the severity and recurrence of the issue. When content is removed, an explanatory message is provided.
There are several ways to identify inappropriate content:
- Post-moderation: Once published, administrators receive a notification and can edit, delete, or hide the content.
- Peer moderation: A user can report content published on your platform. For more information, see our article Report content.
- Real-time AI moderation: When submitting a contribution, AI checks for inappropriate terms (insults, illegal content, sensitive data sharing). If the content is deemed suspicious, the contribution will only be visible in your dashboard for validation before publication.
- Pre-publication moderation: When this option is enabled by an administrator, all contributions must be validated by an administrator to be published and visible to other users.
