What moderation is available on Efalia Engage?

As an administrator or manager, you can moderate all types of participation on your platform: contributions, comments, and users.

Moderation measures range from a simple request for rewording to deleting content or an account, depending on the severity and recurrence of the issue. When content is removed, an explanatory message is provided.

There are several ways to identify inappropriate content:

Post-moderation

Deleting content

To permanently delete content published on your platform, go to the contribution or comment actions and click Delete.

You will then need to:

  1. Select a reason for moderation from the available categories.
  2. Add a comment to explain in more detail why the content is being removed.
  3. Click Delete.

This action automatically sends a notification to the content author explaining the moderation decision.
