To measure the impact of your case and track its activity, a dashboard provides a comprehensive and detailed overview of all interactions and engagements. With this data, you can assess the effectiveness of your project, analyze participant behavior, and adjust your strategy to maximize results.
Why track the engagement of a case?
The case dashboard allows you to:
- Analyze engagement: Monitor interactions with your case through precise indicators (consultations, news, contributions, comments, online and offline votes, survey responses).
- Understand traffic: View page visit data and identify the most viewed content.
- Track activity evolution: Evaluate participant growth and their actions on the platform.
- Study participant profiles: Compare participant demographics with official data for deeper analysis.
- Explore content details: Directly access statistics for each content piece associated with the case (consultations, news, etc.).
What information is available?
