Newsletters allow you to send targeted emails to your community, whether to all users or a specific list based on their profile or activity. This feature makes it easier to communicate regularly with your users by sharing important information, updates, or event invitations.
How to Send a Newsletter?
To create and send a newsletter, start by accessing the Newsletters
tab in your Dashboard. Then click on Create a Newsletter
.

A creation form will appear where you need to provide several details:
How to Target My Campaign?
To personalize the recipients of your newsletter, you can use the following mailing lists:
- Select a pre-existing list, such as "All Users."
- Create custom lists based on data collected during consultations. For example, you can segment users based on their activity, participation, or role in a project.
- Use demographic data collected during registration to target users by profile, location, or other criteria.
How to Track Engagement?
To see if your recipients have received, opened, and clicked on your newsletter, you can view your campaign dashboard by clicking on the title of your newsletter.

The first tab summarizes your newsletter content, while a second tab provides detailed statistics on opens and clicks.
