Once your consultation is launched, you can easily manage questionnaire responses directly from your dashboard. The dashboard includes three tabs that allow you to track and analyze results in detail.

Deleting a response

If you need to delete a response, for example, after a test, go to the Responses tab in your dashboard. In the Action column, click Delete. Be careful—this action is irreversible!

Exporting results

To export all questionnaire responses, click Export on the right side of the response table. A file containing all responses and questions will be sent directly via email.

Searching for a response

If you need to find a specific response or respondent, use the search function on the right side of the response table. This search filters across all questionnaire fields as well as user information (name, surname, etc.).

Editing my questionnaire after launch

You can modify your questionnaire, including reorganizing questions or adding new ones after responses have been collected. However, if you delete a question, all responses associated with it will be permanently lost. We recommend exporting the responses before making any changes.
