Tracking registered users allows you to monitor the number of users who have joined your platform and assess the representativeness of your community.
What information is available?
The Users
dashboard helps you track key aspects:
- Engagement on your platform: the evolution of registrations and their progress toward your goal.
- Community representativeness: demographic data collected via the registration form.
- User list: a management table to export data, modify roles, or unregister users.

How to manage users?
The List
tab gives you access to the complete list of registered users and their roles on the platform.
From this page, you can:
- Manage roles to modify user access rights.
- Export data to analyze your campaign results.
- Unregister users to moderate suspicious accounts.

How to unregister a user?
From the user list, use the search bar on the right to locate a user by entering their first name, last name, or email address. Then, access the Actions
menu on the right and click Unregister
.
This action:
- Keeps the user’s contributions.
- Sends no notification to the user.
- Deletes all personal data provided in the registration form.
