The results phase marks the conclusion of your consultation. It is a crucial moment to reinforce the trust and engagement of your community. Well-presented results can transform a simple participatory process into a true collective dynamic. This guide helps you set up this phase to highlight statistics, selected projects, and success indicators.

How to set up the announcement of results?
Go to the Results tab of your consultation and fill in the following information:
- Display consultation results (only for surveys and questionnaires): Disable this option if you want to hide the results of your survey from users.
- Dates/Times of result announcement: During this period, contributions with the statuses “Winner,” “In progress,” or “Completed” will be visible. (Learn more about Change the status of a contribution )
- Description: Provide a brief overview of your consultation: the analysis process, transparency elements, key steps, etc.

What information is displayed in the results?
For surveys and questionnaires
If the results phase is activated, the report presents:
- A summary of participation with the number of responses.
- The distribution of responses for multiple-choice questions.
- The responses to text questions.
Note: Only public questions (not marked as confidential) are displayed.

For consultations with contributions
The report includes:
- A summary of participation with the total number of participants, contributions, comments, and votes.
- A list of contributions with statuses “Winner,” “In progress,” and “Completed.”
