This feature allows you to structure your actions and strengthen user engagement at every stage of the participation process. In addition to textual information, date, and location, you can integrate various multimedia content such as PDF files, videos (live or pre-recorded via YouTube, Vimeo, etc.), and images.
Users can easily add the event to their personal calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) directly from the platform and register for the event. The participant list is available to administrators, allowing them to send additional information before the event day.
Enhance interaction between digital and physical participation by organizing workshops or public meetings where participants can ask questions, share ideas, and actively contribute to the discussion. You can also host online meetings for those who cannot attend in person, ensuring accessibility for all.
