Why Create a Subspace?

Subspaces in Efalia Engage allow users to access content more efficiently and better segregate different stakeholders.

Each subspace benefits from the same customization optionsparticipation modalities, and management tools as the parent space, ensuring full autonomy for independent management.

Additionally, like main spaces, these subspaces can be set as public or private, depending on the nature of the shared information and the target audience.

Adding Sponsor and Affiliated Spaces

Subspaces allow you to group users based on specific criteria, such as those from the same neighborhood or city within an intercommunal structure (EPCI). This enables you to provide them with targeted news and consultations. With this feature, Efalia Engage offers several advantages:

For example, each city within an intercommunal structure can have its own independent platform while being linked to the intercommunal space as a sponsor.

Creating Working Groups

Subspaces can also be used to create working groups dedicated to a specific project or topic. These groups can include various users such as expertscitizens, or association representatives, providing them with a dedicated space for collaboration.

Just like main spaces, these sub-groups can be set as public or private, depending on the shared information and target audience.
