What is the purpose of artificial intelligence?
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool designed to facilitate the management of your consultations by automating data processing and enhancing contribution analysis. With AI, you save time while making analyses more efficient.
AI helps you generate:
- A summary of submitted contributions: quick access to the key points of each contribution.
- A word cloud: an overview of the most frequently used terms in contributions.
- A results analysis [BETA]: a detailed report that helps you better understand participants' priorities:
How does it work?
The AI Analysis [BETA]
tab in your dashboard provides a structured analysis of your contributions. This analysis is divided into two levels.
First level of analysis
AI categorizes contributions into three main groups:
- Thematic groups: priorities expressed by participants.
- Introduction for each theme: a summary of the associated issues.
- Sub-groups within themes: a more detailed analysis of specific concerns within a theme.
Second level of analysis
For each thematic group, AI provides a more in-depth analysis:
- A summary of participants' expectations based on contributions.
- A list of associated contributions, with a "For"/"Against" indicator showing whether they align with the key issues.
How to make use of the AI analysis?
Customize the report
While AI simplifies the analysis process, it does not replace your expertise. You can refine the analysis by:
- Modifying or adding themes and sub-groups.
- Moving contributions between different thematic groups.
