The messaging feature allows you to centralize all private messages exchanged with your users. Whether these messages come from the Issue Report inbox on the homepage, the Private Message option in the About section, or directly from you when reaching out to a user via the Users list, you can easily track, respond to, and organize these exchanges within your platform.

All your private messages are grouped in the Messaging
tab of your Dashboard.
To respond to a message, simply click on the message and use the comment box to provide a reply. This centralized method simplifies communication management and ensures that every message receives an appropriate response.
To ensure efficient message management, it is essential to update the status based on its progress. The three available statuses are:
Regularly updating these statuses helps prevent messages from being overlooked.
If a message falls outside your area of responsibility, you can easily assign it to a colleague. Only administrators have access to the messaging feature to perform this action.
To assign a message, click on Actions
and select Assign
. Enter the name of the person responsible for handling the message. The assigned message will appear in their Assignments
table.
