ID collection is a powerful feature for enhancing the reliability of your consultations. By verifying the identity of participants, you can prevent fraud and guarantee more authentic interactions.
What's it for?
Collecting identity documents enables you to :
- Identify participants: check that each participant is who he or she claims to be.
- Strengthen the reliability of consultations: by reducing the risk of fraud.
- Collect key information: such as first and last name, or date of birth, if required for your project.
While this feature does not directly secure access to consultations, it does ensure that only identified persons participate.
What identification documents are accepted?
Only French documents are accepted:
- Identity card (old and new versions)
- Passport
- Driving license (credit card format)

How does it work?
The collection of identity documents is based on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology integrated into the platform and supplied by Prevent Go. Here's how it works in detail:
Step 1: Activate the functionality
Contact your advisor to activate ID collection on your space. This step includes configuring the OCR service. The cost of this service depends on the number of IDs scanned. Your advisor will provide you with a quote tailored to your needs.
Step 2: Submission by participants
When participating, users must :
- Upload an image or scan of their ID document via the dedicated interface.
- Ensure that the document is legible and complies with accepted formats.
If the document does not comply with the requested format, the user will be prompted to redo the operation.
Step 3: Data analysis and extraction
